Delivery Information

At MSL (Corporate Charge) Ltd we appreciate that no one likes to wait ages to receive items on the internet. That is why, if you order before 2pm we will dispatch it on the same day.

Standard delivery cannot be tracked, but we will email to let you know when your item has been dispatched.

If you don't receive your order in a timely fashion, please phone us on + 44 (0) 1483 751691 or email info@mgppowermonkey.com with your order ID number so we can investigate.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your Powermonkey we will happily refund 100% of the purchase price and you can return it to us free of charge. We don't have any nasty restocking fees or hidden charges!

All we ask is that you return it in the original condition, within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that you fill in your returns form and include it with the returned items, as well as getting a proof of postage from your post office. Without this we cannot be held liable for items that go missing once you have posted them.

We will refund all payments within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

All items are guaranteed for 2 years. Should your item arrive faulty, please fill in the returns form and return it to us stating if you would like a replacement or refund. Should your Powermonkey become faulty within the guarantee period, please phone us on + 44 (0) 1483 751691 or email info@mgppowermonkey.com so that we can arrange a speedy replacement.

Cancellation Policy

If you have already changed your mind about your order and it has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it. The advantage of doing this now is that you won't need to post the item back to us. To do this please log into your MGPpowermonkey account, go to the orders section and choose the cancellation page. We will refund all payments within 7 working days.

If your item has already been dispatched and you change your mind, you may still return it to us – please take a look at our returns policy.

Additional Adaptors or Tips

If your gadget requires a different adaptor, which is not included with your Powermonkey please contact us. We are more than happy to send any other adaptors or tips that you need free of charge by first class post.
